  1. COMPANY INFORMATION

  2. PRODUCTS

    All products described as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations of colour or material may occur due to production and screen display differences.

  3. ORDERS

    Orders will be confirmed once the payments is successful. We reserve the rights to cancel or refuse order in the suspected case of fraud, stock problems and errors in products pricing or information.

  4. PRICING

    All prices are listed in euro (€). VAT Included. Payment is due in full at checkout via the available payment methods. We reserve the right to change the prices at any times.

  5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    We currently offer local delivery within Paris only.

    Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 14:00.
    Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.

    Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday (or next working day if it is a public holiday).

    Delivery is typically completed within 2–3 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and logistics conditions.

    We will contact you by email to arrange and confirm your delivery within Paris.

  6. RETURN, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    Customers have the right to return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.

    Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

    RETURN COST

    Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

    • If the return is due to a change of mind (e.g. the customer no longer wants the item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g. broken item, missing button, or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

    REFUNDS

    Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    EXCHANGES

    Exchanges are possible depending on product availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.

  7. LIABILITY

    We are not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of our products or from normal wear and tear.
